Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Netanalyser enrolments confirmed in writing. Website pricing pages are informational and do not create a charge by themselves.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive within 14 days of payment and before more than 20% of course modules are marked complete in our learning records. After that window, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds return the enrolment fee minus any documented third-party processing fees we cannot recover. Partial refunds may apply when live clinic seats are unused but digital modules remain accessible; the unused clinic portion is calculated from the fee schedule in your confirmation letter.

Non-refundable items

• Completed private firm workshops already delivered
• Custom template packs commissioned outside standard courses
• Seats transferred to another learner at your request
• Fees marked non-refundable in a signed firm licence

Refund process

Email info@netanalyser.digital with subject “Refund request,” your full name, enrolment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and decide within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add several days.

Cancellation

You may cancel a future live clinic seat up to 5 business days before the session for a reschedule or credit. Later cancellations forfeit the clinic portion unless Netanalyser cancels the session.

Exceptions

If Netanalyser permanently withdraws a programme before you can reasonably complete it, we offer a full refund or transfer to a successor programme. Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected where they apply.
